Shipping
Free expedited shipping within Canada & US: We offer free expedited shipping via Canada Post (usually 1-3 business days within Canada and 2-3 weeks within the US). Shipping times may vary for remote or distant locations. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund/exchange or credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs on your returns (within Canada). Please use our shipping slips for free return shipping which are provided after you request a return.
Q & A
How do I return/exchange an item? Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email with a link to a packing slip and other details after you request the return. If you are outside of Canada the packing slip will not work and you have to return it at your own cost, please put on the package 'return to origin'.
How much does it cost to return an item within Canada? It's free as long as you use our shipping slip that we email to you after you request a return. :)
How much does it cost to return an item outside of Canada? You are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning items outside of Canada. Please write on the outside of the box 'return to sender' so we aren't charged additional fees. If you do not write this, we will not accept the package.
How long does it take me to get my money back? We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned items. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
We try our best to make sure you get your order on time. With that said, some things are out of our control. Once in a while a package may take longer for you to receive for various reasons including time of year, your location, etc. Please contact us if you think it's taking too long or if you need your items by a specific date and we will gladly help you.

Shipping outside of Canada*: We offer free expedited/air shipping via Canada Post (usually 1-3 weeks) for free to the United States or on orders over $200 for every where else. Orders under $200 have two options: $25 per order for expedited/air (usually 1-3 weeks) or $15 per order for ground service (usually 4-6 weeks).
*Please note: at this time Canada Post does not offer tracking numbers for shipments outside of Canada. However, we supply Canada Post with your phone number and email address in case they need to contact you about your order.
